Absolutely shocking service from the office that has cost me time, money and inconvenienced my customers. My first 1 star review.- Rang and provided dimensions, weight of pallet and delivery address. Was provided a price for a tail lift and told to drop off at Perth location.- Provided freight quote to customer and drove nearly 200km to depot to drop off.- On arrival told the order must be pre booked and paid. First I'd heard of it but ok we can make it work.- Provided address again and informed the price had risen from $135 to $350 as no taillifts in the area, despite being told otherwise in previous phone calls.- Its now COB Friday on a long weekend, I'm stuck with a pallet of items 200km from home with a customer I have to tell actually you won't be getting your delivery on time. On top that I need to make the whole trip again next week to ship with a different company.Multiple failures affecting time, money and reputation. So so angry.
